Sharon and Strafford anchor this mid-2010s topographic study of the Vermont hills where Orange Co and Windsor Co meet. The landscape is defined by the winding course of the White River and its tributaries, including Fay Brook, Broad Brook, and the First Branch White River. This network of waterways shaped the settlement patterns of the region, evident in the numerous family and community burial grounds scattered throughout the uplands, such as the Village-Pine Hill Cem and the Robinson Cem.
