Thermal features like the Dotsero Warm Springs emerge along the river banks, while the surrounding high country is marked by distinct topographical landmarks such as Monegar Ridge, Onion Ridge, and Blowout Hill. Named drainages including Sweetwater Cr and Irrawaddy Cr cut through the limestone and basalt, feeding into the primary river systems. In the eastern portion of the map, the outskirts of Gypsum begin to appear, illustrating the continued development of the valley floor.
