Little Colorado River winds through the southwestern corner of this desert landscape in Coconino County, creating a localized corridor of riparian vegetation within the arid plateau. The terrain is defined by its drainage patterns and the path of Indian Rte 6732, which traverses the eastern half of the quadrangle from north to south. Surveyed by the U.S. Geological Survey with data from the BLM and FWS, the map meticulously tracks the Public Land Survey System boundaries across eight separate township and range segments.
