Kelleyland sits on the western banks of the St. Croix River, defining the international boundary between Washington County, Maine, and Canada. This landscape is shaped by the complex hydrology of the river as it winds southward, punctuated by features like Spednic Falls, Dog Falls, and the turbulent waters of Kendricks Rips. The southern portion of the quadrangle is dominated by the Grand Falls Flowage, where the river widens significantly before reaching Grand Falls Falls. The interior terrain is drained by several small waterways, including Enoch Brook and Millberry Brook, which cut through the wooded hills west of the river. Land access is primarily facilitated by Grand Falls Road and Enoch Brook Road, providing a link to the shoreline features such as McAlister Point and Scow Point.
