Lake Greeson dominates the landscape of this Arkansas survey, held in place by the engineering of Narrows Dam at the southern end of the sheet. The reservoir's winding shoreline creates a complex geography of peninsulas and coves, including Chimney Rock and the high point of Skelton Mtn. The settlements of Daisy and Kirby serve as the primary hubs for the surrounding area, connected by a network of rural roads such as Kirby Landing Rd and Bear Creek Rd.
