Suggsville and the surrounding Clarke County landscape are defined by a complex network of narrow ridges and creek bottoms, where early industrial traces like Simmons Mill Br and Barns Mill Br point to the area's timber and milling heritage. The settlement of Manila anchors the southern portion of the map, connected to the north by Bird Jackson Rd.

Genealogists will find several burial grounds across the terrain, including Cammack Cem, Cedar Fork Cem, and Puyear Chapel Cem near the Puyear Chapel. The hydrography is dominated by Bassett Creek and Cedar Creek, which drain the undulating hills.
