2018 Map of Ubehebe Crater

USGS Topo · Published 2018

About this map

Ubehebe Crater and its smaller neighbor, Little Hebe Crater, dominate the southern landscape of this Inyo County survey. Located within the northern reaches of Death Valley National Park, the area showcases a stark desert topography where the Mojave Desert meets high-elevation landforms. The eastern portion of the map is defined by the high ridges of the Gold Mountain Range, which shed water toward the drainage of Death Valley Wash.
