The settlement of Bridport anchors this Vermont landscape just inland from the eastern shore of Lake Champlain. The terrain is defined by a series of prominent rises including Hemingway Hill, Mutton Hill, and The Pinnacle, which overlook a network of agricultural lands and wetlands such as Cedar Swamp. Further south, the village of Shoreham serves as a secondary center of settlement, connected to the north by N Cream Hill Rd and Crown Pt Rd.
