Bumble Bee sits at the heart of this landscape, a settlement defined by the winding course of Bumble Bee Cr and the historic Crown King Rd. The area is characterized by the complex drainage systems of the eastern Bradshaw Mountains, where numerous canyons and gulches like Alkali Canyon and Mexican Gulch carve through the high desert terrain. Much of the western half of the sheet is protected within the Prescott National Forest, preserving a network of springs and riparian corridors including Bill Arp Spring and Upper Sycamore Spring.
