Ninemile Ranch sits at the heart of this high-desert landscape on the border of Lyon and Mineral Counties. The terrain is defined by a network of seasonal watercourses and ridges, including the significant Aldrich Grade Spur and the thermal waters of Booker Hot Spring. The drainage patterns are clearly marked by Rough Cr, Bodie Cr, and Squaw Cr, all of which contribute to the larger watershed of the East Walker River.
