Dennehotso serves as a focal point in this high-desert landscape of northern Apache County, situated near the intersection of Us-160 and Bia-118. The topography is dominated by the dramatic uplift of Comb Ridge in the north and the prominent landmark of Red Point further south. This 2014 survey documents the modern road network within the Navajo Nation, including Indian Rd and various Bureau of Indian Affairs routes like Bia-6460 and Bia-594. The drainage of Laguna Cr carves a path through the center of the quadrangle, bordering the expansive Diamond Fields and the lower elevations of Greasewood Flat. In the far northwest, the floor of Cane Valley provides a distinct contrast to the surrounding ridges and mesas.
