The Camino Del Diablo cuts across this desolate borderland, tracing a historic passage through some of North America's most arid terrain. This 1990 survey captures a complex intersection of land uses along the international boundary between the United States of America and Mexico. While much of the northern section is partitioned into the Barry M Goldwater Air Force Range, the landscape is also preserved within the Cabeza Prieta Wilderness and National Wildlife Refuge.
