The eastern slopes of the Stuart Range define this 2003 revision, where the Wenatchee National Forest meets the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. The landscape is a complex of mining and hydrology, centered on Peshastin Creek and its many tributaries like Hansel Creek and Ingalls Creek.

Mineral exploration is evident throughout the southern half of the quadrangle, particularly near the settlement of Blewett, where numerous Prospects and Prospect sites dot the terrain around Culver Creek and Magnet Creek. Industrial activity is also noted at the Quarry near Mobile Home Park. The map documents the high-altitude water systems of Nada Lake and Snow Lakes, including a Dam on Snow Creek, and marks the administrative boundary between the Leavenworth Ranger District and Cle Elum Ranger District at the Chelan Co Kittitas Co line.
