Lowelltown marks the southeastern portion of this map, situated in a high-elevation landscape defined by the international border between the United States of America and Canada. The terrain is characterized by a network of drainage systems and isolated peaks, where Moose River and Little Gulf Stream flow through valleys between Dome Mtn and Clear Pond Mtn. To the west, the border tracing follows the height of land, effectively separating the headwaters of the Moose River from the Rivière Nebnellis drainage across the Canadian line.
