Charmco and Nallen anchor the corners of this landscape on the boundary of Nicholas and Greenbrier Counties. The terrain is defined by the winding course of the Meadow River, which carves a deep loop through the center of the sheet. Modern adaptive reuse of the region's industrial past is visible in the Meadow River Rail-Trail, including a section Under Construction that follows the river's path south of Burdette.
