The inland area transitions from the suburban grids of Holiday and Forest Hills to the more open terrain surrounding Seven Springs. This period captures the region's rapid growth, with many housing tracts and mobile home communities appearing as purple revisions over the original survey.

Tracing the waterways provides a look at the natural hydrology before complete urbanization, including the winding Pithlachascotee River and the northern shores of Lake Tarpon. Local history and genealogy are well-represented by numerous landmarks such as East Elfers Cem, Cycadia Cem, and Rose Hill Cem. Evidence of former transportation networks is still visible on the ground via the Abandoned Railroad Grade cutting through the southern half of the map near Lake Dan.
