Vieques serves as the central hub on this 2018 survey of the north-central coast of the island. The settlement is anchored by the Puerto de Vieques and the landmark lighthouse at Punta Mulas, which overlooks Bahía de Mulas. Local history is preserved at the Cementerio Municipal de Vieques and the Cementerio Viejo de Vieques, while modern infrastructure is represented by the Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport to the west.

The topography transitions from the coastal lowlands into a series of interior heights, including Cerro Martineau and Cerro Malojillo. Much of the eastern portion of the map is dominated by the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge, where numerous streams like Quebrada Cofresí and Quebrada Amargura drain toward the Sonda de Vieques. Offshore, various maritime hazards such as Bajo Comandante and Arrecife Corona are clearly charted.
