Wenatchee National Forest dominates this mountain landscape, defined by a series of prominent divides and high peaks along the border of Chelan and Kittitas counties. The drainage network is anchored by Icicle Creek and its many tributaries, including Jack Creek and Eightmile Creek, which carve deep valleys between massive formations like Jack Ridge and Blackjack Ridge. High-elevation water bodies like Cradle Lake and Trout Lake are tucked into glacial cirques such as Snowall Cradle.
