Keams Canyon serves as the focal point of this high-desert landscape, where the Keams Canyon Post Office and a local Keams Canyon Campground anchor the community at the junction of Indian Rte 65 and Main St. The terrain is defined by the broad elevation of Antelope Mesa, a plateau punctuated by vital water sources such as Snowbird Spring, Bluebird Spring, and Chili Spring.
