Indian Hill and several large grazing operations define this High Plains landscape in southeastern Wyoming. The terrain is deeply incised by drainages such as Little Indian Draw, Bullwhacker Draw, and Chivington Draw, which direct seasonal runoff toward Horse Cr and Sprager Cr. These intermittent water sources supported a network of established ranching sites, including the Cattail Ranch, Pole Creek Ranch, and the J H D Ranch.
