Lone Mtn rises above the open desert floor in this 2021 study of La Paz County. The landscape is defined by the massive infrastructure of the Central Arizona Project Aqueduct, which cuts east-west across the terrain between the Harquahala Plain and the Adobe Flats. To the south, the northern reaches of the Eagletail Mountains emerge, containing a notable Natural Arch.
