Pike Creek Hills dominate the eastern reaches of this central Montana landscape, where the high plains break into a series of drainages and coulees. The terrain is defined by a network of seasonal watercourses, including Flatwillow Cr and Little Wall Cr in the south, and the namesake Pike Cr to the north. These drainage patterns dictate the placement of ranch infrastructure, with Px Ranch Rd and Upper Flatwillow Rd following the contours of the land.
