Enright serves as a lone named settlement marker in this densely forested region of the Northern Oregon Coast Range. The landscape is defined by the steep drainage basins of the Salmonberry River and the N Fork Wilson River, which carve deep canyons through the timbered highlands. Significant summits such as Rogers Peak, Buck Mtn, and Pinochle Peak provide topographical anchors for a network of forest access routes, including Tin Shack Rd and Cook Creek-Belding Rd.
