Waleska serves as the primary hub of this north Georgia landscape, where the campus of Reinhardt College is a central landmark. The terrain is defined by significant ridges and gaps, most notably Pine Log Mountain and Garland Mountain to the northwest, and Byrd Mountain to the southeast.
