Suphellen Reservoir provides a focal point in the northern section of this high plains landscape in Toole County. The terrain is defined by a network of drainage channels, or coulees, including Fifteenmile Coulee, Taylor Coulee, and the namesake Antelope Coulee to the west. This 2020 survey illustrates the structured grid of the Public Land Survey System, with township boundaries such as t34n r1w and t34n r1e meeting along north-south transit lines. The map reveals the rural infrastructure of Northern Montana, where named routes like Woldtvedt Rd, Gus Blaze Rd, and Sauby Rd follow section lines to connect isolated homesteads and ranch lands. In the southeast, Crooked Coulee winds through the terrain, while the northeastern corner is marked by Picadilly Coulee and Black Coulee.
