William B Bankhead National Forest covers much of this landscape at the border of Lawrence Co and Winston Co. The terrain is defined by a dense network of drainages feeding into the Sipsey Fork, including Thompson Creek, Hubbard Creek, and Borden Creek. In the southwest corner, the settlement of Rabbittown serves as a small hub for the rural community, anchored by the Shiloh Ch.
