Houseman Hill rises above a landscape defined by seasonal drainages and local routes in this recent survey of Glacier County. The terrain transitions from the high ground of the hill down to the wide expanse of Greasewood Flat to the southeast. Waterways including North Fork Greasewood Creek and South Fork Greasewood Creek wind across the sections, eventually feeding toward Cut Bank Creek at the southern edge of the map.
