The Continental Divide National Scenic Trail winds along the high ridgelines of the Park Range, following the boundary between Jackson and Routt counties. This alpine corridor within the Routt National Forest is defined by a series of prominent peaks and high-elevation basins, including Soda Mtn, Buffalo Mtn, and Horse Thief Peak. At the center of the sheet, Buffalo Pass serves as a critical crossing point over the Continental Divide.
