Genealogical interest is particularly high here, with numerous burial grounds including Indian Kentuck Cemetery, Saint Anthony Cemetery, and the Olive Branch Cemetery located near the small community of Central. The presence of an Indian Mound near Brushy Fork indicates a deep history of human occupation along these waterways.
