Industrial infrastructure meets a high-altitude landscape in this survey of New Mexico’s Eastern Navajo Agency. The Ciniza Refinery and its associated settlement of Ciniza dominate the northern corridor, served by the Refinery Interchange and the aptly named Giant Xing. This area represents a critical node for the region's energy economy, situated just south of the South Fork Puerco River.

Beyond the industrial center, the terrain rises toward significant landmarks like Barometer Mountain and Mc Kenzie Ridge. Remote sites such as Six A Ranch and the Grenko Mine indicate a history of land use that spans both ranching and mineral extraction. Water sources are sparse but notable, including the Sixmile Spring and Natural Lake in the southern reaches of the quadrangle. Transport routes like 6 Mile Canyon Rd and Palomino Loop wind through Fourmile Canyon and Sixmile Canyon, providing access to the rugged interior.
