Denali National Park encompasses the vast majority of this landscape, where the high ridges of the interior are defined by the towering elevations of Kankone Peak and Spruce Peak. The drainages of this subarctic wilderness form a complex web of glacial and mountain streams, most notably the Clearwater Fork and the extensive network of the North Fork Moose Creek.
