Denali National Park encompasses this entire interior landscape, where high-altitude peaks and drainage systems dominate the terrain. Significant summits include Kankone Peak in the north and Spruce Peak at the center, providing the headwaters for several major creek systems. The hydrologic network is defined by the Clearwater Fork and the multiple branches of Moose Cr, including the North Fork Moose Creek.
