The Grave Creek Range dominates this portion of the Lolo National Forest, characterized by a complex network of steep drainages and prominent ridges. Rising above the forested terrain are several distinct peaks, including Albert Point, Wild Horse Point, and the namesake Diamond Point. These high points serve as anchors for a system of trails such as the Albert Point Trl and Wild Horse Point Trl, which navigate the various gulches that carve through the landscape.
