Eden and the surrounding high plains of Cascade County are defined by a complex network of deep drainage coulees and elevated plateaus. The landscape transitions from the broad expanses of Truly Bench and Swede Bench into the eroded breaks of the Pettapiece Badland. These landforms dictate the local road network, with routes like Goodwyn Coulee Rd and Boston Coulee Rd following the natural contours of the terrain.
