Hunters Glen lies in the southwest corner of this West Texas terrain, where the boundary between Concho and Menard counties cuts across a landscape defined by seasonal watercourses and limestone draws. The northern portion is marked by the Soil Conservation Service Site 29 Reservoir, a key piece of water management infrastructure on Live Oak Cr. The land is scored by various drainages including Fitzgerald Cr, Celery Cr, and the long reach of the Arroyo de Juan Lorenzo.
