The Little Blue River winds south through this southern Indiana landscape, passing the seat of Crawford County at English. The town is the central hub of a rural network connected by Main St and S Old State Rd 37. Further south, the settlement of Grantsburg sits near the banks of the river and Grant Lake. The topography is defined by numerous creek valleys, including Camp Fork Creek and Bogard Creek, which converge as they drain toward the river system.
