Beaverhead National Forest land dominates the western edge of this Montana landscape, where the high drainage divide guides numerous creeks toward the Horse Prairie Creek valley. This 2014 survey captures a network of rural routes and forest roads that follow the natural contours of the terrain, including Lemhi Pass Rd and Bloody Richard Rd. The hydrology of the area is particularly dense, defined by the multiple forks of Everson Creek, as well as Jeff Davis Creek and the southern reach of Bloody Dick Creek.
