2015 Map of Fairfield North

USGS Topo · Published 2015

About this map

Fairfield occupies the southeastern corner of this study, where the expanding urban street grid meets the rising foothills of the Vaca Mountains. The landscape transitions from the residential developments near Cement Hill to the agricultural expanses of the Suisun Valley in the west. This area serves as a primary corridor between the Sacramento Valley and the coastal ranges, characterized by a series of north-south running ridges and canyons. The topographical diversity is evident in the transition from Pumpkin Flat to the prominent Blue Ridge.
