Junction serves as a focal point in this high-desert valley, anchored by the Piute County Court House and surrounded by a network of essential water management systems. The landscape is defined by the Sevier River and its East Fork Sevier River, which feed into the large Piute Reservoir to the north. This 2023 survey illustrates the complex irrigation infrastructure of the Marysvale Valley and Circle Valley, where the West Canal, Kingston Canal, and Lost Creek Canal distribute water across the arid floor.
