The settlement of Deppe sits at the edge of this pocosin along the northeastern corridor, accompanied by the small Epley Airport. To the southwest, the community of Kellum marks the transition toward the expanding footprint of Jacksonville, where dense residential street networks like Regalwood DR and Southbridge DR begin to replace the rural timberlands.
