Kooskooskie and the northern reaches of the Umatilla National Forest anchor this landscape in southeastern Washington. The area is defined by a series of prominent ridges and deep drainages, where the headwaters of several creeks emerge. Significant elevations such as Klicker Mtn and Biscuit Ridge dominate the central terrain, while the southern boundary follows the path of Mill Cr through the Mill Creek Watershed.
