1965 Map of Levee

USGS Topo · Published 1966

About this map

Old Indian Field and the surrounding plateau dominate the western edge of this 1960s landscape, where the borders of Montgomery, Clark, and Powell counties converge. The terrain transitions from the rolling farmland around Camargo and Levee in the north to the sharp, wooded knobs of the southeast, including White Rock Mtn, Morris Mountain, and Wildcat Knob. This division illustrates the interface between the agricultural lowland and the more secluded reaches of the Daniel Boone region.
