1948 Map of Little Joe Butte

USGS Topo · Published 1976

About this map

Wind Butte and Little Joe Butte dominate this section of the Ada County landscape, which was surveyed during the post-war expansion of the late 1940s. The terrain is defined by a series of benchlands and drainage systems, most notably Corder Creek as it winds through the central and southern portions of the quadrangle. In the southwestern corner, Rabbit Cr briefly appears, marking the edge of a different watershed.
