Lozier and the surrounding rangeland of Terrell County are defined by a network of deep drainage systems and established family ranching operations. The landscape is dominated by the sprawling Lozier Canyon, which carves a path through the center of the sheet, joined by numerous tributaries including Sevenmile Canyon, Pumpville Canyon, and Mile and One Half Canyon.
