Dixie National Forest defines the character of this landscape in the northern reaches of Washington County, Utah. The terrain is dominated by the Bull Valley Mountains, a complex series of ridges and peaks including Cove Mtn, Bull Mtn, and the prominent Windy Peak. These highlands are drained by a network of seasonal washes and creeks, such as Moody Wash and Racer Canyon Creek, which navigate through deep incisions like Racer Canyon and Cove Canyon.
