Monte Neva Hot Springs and Warm Springs anchor this portion of White Pine County, where geothermal features meet the drainage of the High Desert. The landscape is defined by a series of significant canyons descending from the western high ground, including Pluto Canyon, Rattlesnake Canyon, and Boneyard Canyon. These drainages converge toward the valley floor, where the perennial thread of Duck Creek flows north, supported by outflows from Cold Spring and other thermal sources.
