Mt Hull and the high ridges of the Okanogan National Forest dominate this landscape south of the Canadian border. The terrain is a complex network of canyons and peaks, including McDonald Mtn and Haley Mtn, with the Pacific NW National Scenic Trail winding through the southwestern section. Water is a defining element of the local geography, from the isolated Summit Lake to several springs and creeks like Ninemile Cr and Tomasket Cr that carve through the mountain passes.
