Pine Grove Reservoir and the western slopes of the Wah Wah Mountains dominate this high-desert landscape in southwestern Utah. The terrain is defined by the broad drainage of the Pine Valley Wash, where seasonal water courses like Indian Creek, Commissary Creek, and Sheep Creek descend from the surrounding uplands toward the basin floor. This area is characterized by its hydrological features, including the eponymous reservoir and the smaller Woods Reservoir to the north.
