Piscoe Meadow and the surrounding high country of Yakima County are defined by a complex network of ridgelines and seasonal drainages within the eastern reaches of the Snoqualmie National Forest. The landscape is dominated by prominent geographic features such as Sedge Ridge, Ahtanum Ridge, and Rattlesnake Ridge, which channel numerous waterways including the Middle Fork Ahtanum Cr and the N-Fork Simcoe Cr.
