Fishlake National Forest encompasses the vast majority of this 2001 revision, where the high-elevation divide between Millard and Sevier Counties is defined by a series of prominent peaks and intricate drainage systems. South Mountain and Red Ridge dominate the northern terrain, feeding a network of springs such as Staples Spring and First Creek Spring. The southern portion of the sheet is marked by the significant Three Creeks Reservoir, which collects runoff from the North Fork Three Creeks and Magpie Creek. This landscape is characterized by its named geological landmarks, including The Pyramids and uniquely named summits like Marys Nipple and Granddad Peak, which serve as critical navigation points in the wilderness. Remote 4WD tracks provide the only formal access through the steep Charlesworth Valley and the narrow Widemouth Canyon.
